I think 78J has a range problem. It can't do trans-Pac, so it would be limited to Atlantic and Latam routes for AA. Frankly, a LatAm and TATL plane is a lot more useful to AA than a TPAC plane - look at the route network and frequencies. There will be plenty of 788s, 789s, and 77Ws for TPAC. Precis...

Does anybody know why on May 24th we had 5 flights from MAD-ORD? 4x Iberia and 1 Vamos Air 744. 2 of the IB flights a 346 continued on to JFK and another 333 went to BOS after the ORD stop. The other 3 a 346 333 and 332 flew ORD-MAD. However the Vamos 744 still shows as MAD-ORD as it's last flight....

Aren't we still waiting on the 77X order (that was previously A350-100s and before that, 77Xs)? But, that being said, I would be happy to see an additional order by Ethiopian, their growth has been fascinating. I'd be very curious how the airline is doing financially.
