I think the problem with TK operating IST-PER at the moment is that their 789 has too many seats onboard to do so. TK has 300 seats onboard their 789 fleet. They need to reduce the amount of seats from 300 down to something lower, like 236, to make the IST-PER route work nonstop in both directions....
