There is definitely one on D that can handle a 747. I remember during the Asiana incident at SFO United had a 747 and a 777 divert to PDX. Don’t remember the exact gates.

Does anyone know where I can find the master build out plan for PDX? I thought I’d seen it on here a while back but I can’t find it. I’ve search port of Portland’s website but maybe not good enough. Thanks for any help. pdxnext.com This is the master plan: https://popcdn.azureedge.net/pdfs/PDX_AF_M...

Re: Oregon Aviation Thread - 2019

Meanwhile, American is continuing to operate PDX-CLT (AA 1929) routinely late. Is it arriving into PDX late? Or encountering problems leaving PDX? Just curious. Arriving into Portland late. Aircraft arrives from PHL, which has been subject to frequent afternoon thunderstorms resulting in ground sto...

American’s PDX-CLT nonstop was three hours late last night for the second day in a row. They might need to assign a special customer service rep exclusively for PDX passengers at CLT. In March I missed my connection to PBI by 5 minutes because of the late flight. They had storms two days in a row t...

Hey just a heads up FI 657 KEF-MSP is diverting to Fargo per google. I’ve been watching It because all other flights to MSP have diverted today and wanted to know where this one would end up.

Edit: Changed to ORD

Re: Oregon Aviation Thread - 2018

American seems to be the latest airline to be cutting back at PDX. Down to only one daily to both ORD and CLT hubs. Doesn’t increase in summer. I’d rule out any chance for AA to MIA. United apparently is adding to ORD and IAH from PDX. Southwest adds a 3rd flight (x1) to MDW in summer. Alaska adds ...

I call bull. I'm sure this woman did not even ask the gate agent to try and get them together. If she had there's a 90% chance they would be seated together. As an agent we don't care about the charge seats to get kids with their parents.
