The British Airways website is showing that the BA834/835 rotation on Sunday 5th March will be operated by a 777, is this just a glitch? And if not, why might that be?

DEN seems like an unusual choice in my opinion. Would they not be better trying DFW? There's lots of Irish people in the Texas area, and connecting to the AA network would make sense going forward.

It took so long because IAG were quite happy with EI just as it was, as a ‘value’ carrier. They want to direct the high-value traffic (and frequent fliers) to the more premium JV partners AA/BA as much as possible. Reciprocal earning and burning and status recognition will no doubt be coming later ...

I think we can agree that the South West of Ireland simply doesn't have that much demand for trips to Edinburgh and vice versa so that level of service is unsustainable in the long term. I'm flying KIR-DUB-KIR tomorrow for the craic and I'm wondering if I need PLFs for these flights, the whole thing is a bit onerous and if the purpose of these PLFs was to contact trace, surely the fact that it's a domestic flight would be irrelevant.
