The Harley announcement was completely disingenuous, closing the KC plant was in the works even before the tax cut. Harley US sales are way down, double digits, their two biggest dogs were made at KC.

It'll be interesting if the secondary airport strategy can work for someone beyond Allegiant. I think it can, but they have to be based in at least a major city, like Ryanair is, even if it is a secondary city. Selfishly hoping for LAX/MEM from AA considering their growth in MEM. That would cover all their Hubs outside of JFK. I think American grew somewhere around 30% from MEM in 2017

Plenty of places to go from MCO, its a issue of not enough aircraft right now. I'd forget about MCO to FLL/MIA though. The new high speed train is going all the way to the airport in MCO and it just won't be worth the hassle to fly for most people. RSW to MCO and MCO/FLL to the panhandle might work...

It's interesting, they are taking a page from Southwest. One MEM date showed MEM to SAT via DEN and TUL with the TUL stop a no plane change. I assume this is how they are going to to cut down on connection times.

In less than 6 years it'll be, "Who's adding more service at McMinney?" WN should shift some intra-Texas Flying and leasure routes like MCO and LAS there and open up more markets to Love for better timing for connecting. If I was Frontier, Spirit, Allegiant, I'd be drooling over McKinney.

I think Boeing and Airbus will be fine. Trump is only doing what he thinks is good for the interests of the US. the consequence of this will be higher oil prices which is going to be good for the global economy. The only solution is additional gates at Love and then a couple should be common use.

Someone is going to find gold at McKinney in the future with passenger air service.

So Delta gives up the Proctor and Gamble/Walmart route (xna/cvg) I think the relationship between the two was over 10 billion last year. So that's MEM and XNA cut from CVG.
