wait....so PMAA never left A? Why not? AA did not keep the gates and does not currently operate out of A. But AA wants as many gates in CLT as possible to both expand and keep competition out. Lisbon was announced but due to slot availability, was cancelled before it even started. IF they get slots, I’d imagine they’d end up there first.
After that, I’d look at where the South American business goes.

I think connections are huge here,especially when you realize the domestic connections x-YYZ are going to be limited to almost entirely YUL/YOW. Illinois, Ohio, and Michigan have a larger population than Canada in general, and you can connect over ORD to just about anywhere in the Midwest or East Co...

I liked the blue better.
The gates and terminal definitely still have much more blue than orange. All the numbers, etc. are written in blue and the only real things that are orange are the logo when you pass by and the SkyLink.

I’d love to see American come in with a Delta move and take a large share. Or maybe go 24.5/24.5 with LA or IB? A JV with AA would help some of 4O’s floundering transborder routes, and allow AA to expand in Mexico. If LA got in on it, it would be huge for Mexico-SA travel.
