Delivery schedule was made just simply before these frames entered re-work. Change of re-work order changed order of frame to delivery, so LN16 will be probably delivered in March.
She is nearly ready for 1st flight, already underwent initial fueling and APU start tests.

yes, all except the first one who will stay at BBD as test bed.

IIRC first test frame was damaged due to engine failure, so it sounds reasonable to keep her as testbed.

I don't think so, both frames are refurbished to production standard so keeping them on desert is better option. LN15 F-OLRB completed her C1 flight today, delivery is scheduled for October 27th.
She was used for some FAA flight testing earlier this month.

This could suggest Boeing have near term delivery slots to fill. With a backlog of 500+ aircraft? Doubtful. Perhaps the order was signed much earlier and booked as undisclosed. Or China as a whole could have secured some delivery positions via options or something. Or these are slots after another ...

This particular frame is owned by AerCap. First B789 for Air France from their direct order will be LN543, delivery in March/April 2017/
