I didn't see that coming.

Even if it's summer seasonal, it's nice to see another pin added back to the map.

I'm a little surprised that CDG out performed LHR by that large of a margin. Also, didn't LHR have more seats scheduled than CDG? Maybe that's the difference.

Re: The Rest of Ohio Aviation - 2023

CVG-CDG still hanging on and even more strange is the upguage to the A330-300 in January (until March, schedule past then hast been updated yet). Also switches to a better Su/W/F schedule for the winter. That’s a lot of seats to fill, especially when the 763/A332 are still around. I wonder if daily...

Re: Indianapolis Aviation - 2023

And I want to make this extremely clear and this needs to be screamed all over this forum. BA selected CVG not because they are the stronger market/economy (they're not by the way Cincy is a very stagnant and mediocre economy) but because CVG (Ohio and Kentucky) offered a far superior subsidy packa...

Re: The Rest of Ohio Aviation - 2023

June loads for BA at CVG Numbers for this way come in a point or two higher than DOT numbers for some reason. This is assuming all flights were 787-8 and there weren't any swaps or cancels Inbound 84% outbound 96.5% -missing last one of month total 90% US citizens 78% Foreign citizens 22% Nice! Tho...

Re: The Rest of Ohio Aviation - 2023

Flew into CVG yesterday and it looks like gates B18, B20, B22, and B24 are all open. B26 now looks to be closed and AA was still using some gates in A. Does anyone know what work they are doing on the ramp? Are they just replacing jet bridges or are they doing anything else? AA seems to be using ga...

Re: The Rest of Ohio Aviation - 2023

No surprise here, DL is adding CVG-RDU/CUN. RDU is daily CR9 starting September 11, 2023 and CUN is once weekly B738 starting December 16, 2023. I'd imagine CVG-MIA/PHX are the next most likely moves by DL at CVG. Both would be good to launch in Spring 2024. Competition between DL and AA/AS is grea...
