TMP will be closed for a runway renovation in JUL-AUG next year, but BT and FR seemed to sell seats for the period. Hasn't Finavia informed them?

So, now AY has announced Nanjing, starting summer season next year. 3x weekly in summer and 2x weekly in winter. OUL will be closed for the whole July due to runway renovation, eg taxiways will be wider, for wide body use. Remains to be seen how this affects on pax numbers this year, will they reach million again..

But yes the language can be a problem sometimes, I know an elderly Swedish speaking couple from Finland who miss the times you always got service also in Swedish on Finnair. They understand Finnish but now they worry if they understand everything right on the flight to Spain, they are kind of nervo...

Nextjet is negotiating with the city of Pori to start flights from POR to HEL and ARN, HEL up to 3 x daily (None on Sat, 1 or 2 on Sun) and twice to ARN on weekdays.

CPH, OSL, ARN, HEL all serve long haul (LED charters), and WAW too if you want to count them into Baltic airports. BT would have to waste lots of money to gain any size of share. And if there was a market for them I think they would have considered at least some lh-traffic.
