Re: Embraer E190-E2 performs better than expected

Does this have transcon range? 2600 NM. It's tight in winter on the westbound legs. The CSeries is a better option for B6. I agree, winter westbound will be tough, vs cs100 has a 3200nm range which it can do comfortably and efficiently with long thin routes. Hopefully B6 will jump in now. It would ...

Hopefully B6 will jump in now. It would be sad if they did not. The cseries still beats it and delivers a better transcon performances than the E2. Jfk-abq/rno/oak/Pdx/psp/slc or bos-slc/Dfw/msy/Pdx on the cseries offers better range and better cost per seat vs the E2. I still think the cseries wil...

Few points: 1. JFK IND increase. B6 is rumored to start IND this year. I believe this is DL beefing up. 2. T7 vs T4 or T5. T7 is a very nice, small terminal. Much easier than dealing with the giant TSA checkpoint in T4. 3. SJC/AS rumor is that Alaska will add at JFK. They have a new lounge. They ha...
