AA does plenty of interline connections beyond AMS, FRA, all their European destinations. It might not be oneworld, but they certainly do offer connections, and a lot of the passengers do travel onward beyond AMS on KL and FRA respectively. Every time I've gotten off a DFW - FRA flight there have b...Jump to post
HKG seems like a good choice, its weird it hasnt been served by now. I also think PVG could do well.Jump to post
I think UA to DEN or AA to PHX are the most likely to happen.Jump to post
I wonder if PVD also going well for them. Anyway I think MAN/BHX or maybe something more risky like ABZ or NCL can work.Jump to post

Istanbul to Sydney would basically be a few hours longer then from Istanbul to Jakarta. A 77L could even do if I bet.
The distance is 3250 nmi...8 nmi longer than KEF-PDX. I have to wonder if there will be any sort of winter restriction. But I expect FI to win out, as the plane they're using is right-sized...116t MTOW versus 238t MTOW. This is where WW could really be using the A321neo, but that would be heavily r...Jump to post
-ORD on LY/UA.
-PHL back on AA.
-DXB/DOH on EK/QR respectively(probably not going to happen).
-LIS on TP.
-SIN on SQ.
-DEL on AI.
-GRU on LY/LATAM.
-ATL on DL.
-JFK on AA.
-SAS to OSL/CPH/ARN.
The question remains at when YQB will be added. That could be an interesting new destination, as there are no direct flights to Europe . I assume we will see a few destinations added when the 737MAX arrive at FI. Regarding the frequency increase, FI always tries to up the frequency to at least 4 ti...Jump to post
Do they have alot of connecting pax in DEN? I thought it was more of an O&D hub.Jump to post

It seems (according to local sources in CCS, can't find any sources online) that TP will run LIS-CUR-CCS-LIS flights from now on, with the crew change being at CUR (which is the whole idea of this, of course). I have no further details on this (dates, traffic rights to CUR, etc.), but will revert a...Jump to post
I know that MAD-MIA is a big market. It is served by three airlines(IB,AA and UX) and was flown by 618,977 pax in 2016 according to Wikipedia. I do realise that its a big market but my question is why? Is it because of historic ties? Because both cities have rich Hispanic culture and history and of ...Jump to post

I think there is a good chance that Condor will start a SLC-FRA route.Jump to post
On paper it seems like a good idea, there are about a million and a half muslim citizens in Israel. But in reality, there is no way it is going to work unfortunately.Jump to post

Im sure if AC Rouge had the suitable aircraft they would be serving YVR-BKK by now.Jump to post

I dont say they are a great airline but they are also not a bad one. If you would have asked me, no doubt I would have chosen B6 or VX as the best NA airline.Jump to post
Suffice to say that folks aren't too tempted these days to fly EK, fearing that their laptops and iPads will be rattling about in the hold. Flew EK201 (DXB-JFK) recently, my laptop was packed very well, only concern I had was when they were handing devices back out it was absolute chaos. But all we...Jump to post

With almost half the Uruguayan population of Italian origin, the only other gateway to Europe I could see is FCO. Maybe a 3xw FCO-MVD by AZ could work just fine. Well, more than 60% of the population of Argentina is Italian which is a market that is alot bigger than Uruguay and yet FCO-EZE is not a...Jump to post

EWR is very important to UA and it serves as a major O&D station. But as others have said, Its not going to be a mega hub. I think the only place that can serve as a mega hub is IAH but thats probably not going to happen, at least not in the scale of DFW or ATL.Jump to post
