No, they didn't remove any seats for this. They're just labeling the first row as C+ and giving some of the associated perks. I say some since these seats likely won't have any additional legroom.

Almost all (17 of 18 by my count) of DL's 75S fleet came from AA and flew previously for TWA. The 75S is the internationally configured 757 with lie-flats in F. To be fair, these were delivered fairly late in the life of TWA, 1996 and later.

I got in late last night on a WN charter and the airport was a mess. There was an earlier charter still in the parking spot that hadn't been refueled to go back. So even though we landed on time, we had to sit and wait for 30-45 minutes while the airport got around to refueling the other 737.

Look at CVG-XNA, which is being up-gauged to a CRJ-700 in May, XNA is not even serviced from DTW. My commentary on the above has nothing to do with the argument about CVG, only about that service comment to XNA. Good for us? Guess a certain retailer's traffic is helping to pull this one to XNA. I'd imagine a few ORD or DFW flights would be down-gauged to compensate.

I'd guess on any given day, flights here at XNA are roughly half CRJ or ER4 versus larger planes. While I personally wouldn't mind some reduction in frequency to upsize some of the equipment, I'm not sure how well that would jive with the heavy business traffic we have.
