Re: UAX EWR route cuts: Which are next?

I understand the plan behind the shift from EWR to IAD but I have some questions. Does the mean these airports will no longer be connected non-stop to NYC? I can't imagine AA flies to any of them but what about DL and B6? Was there a lot of O&D to NYC? If so, will that be an issue? Or, was most...

Thanks as always! :) *DL LGA-CHA AUG 0>0.9 SEP 0>0.8 OCT 0>0.9 NOV 0>0.9 This one got me a bit interested in CHA. They seem to have a very odd schedule with DL....almost hourly CR2 flights for ~3 hours each morning and afternoon, with MD88s filling in the gaps. I'm assuming the short distance (and t...

Thanks as always Enilria! DL CVG-XNA JUL 0.7>0.5 That doesn't bode well for the P&G Walmart express or is it just a few flights cut around July 4th...or is it cut to 4x weekly for the month? Doesn't CVG-XNA normally operate X67? Looks like the July 4th theory is correct. The flight is gone for t...

- CRJ --> CR7/9 upguages on routes such as CVG-PHL/BWI/STL/RDU Unfortunately XNA is getting downgauged to one. DL has been running a CR7 from either MSP or ATL to pivot at XNA for CVG for most of the last year. CVG to XNA in the morning and XNA to CVG in the evening. Looks like that will be convert...

Here are the largest indirect passenger flows from DTW: Passengers who connect at city on way to final destination. There are some potential DL targets for expansion/new service as bolded. DestinationIndirect PDEWFare XNA 13 $288.28 I won't hold my breath over this one. DL tried XNA-DTW before, I t...
