This - and worse - can happen at dozens of destinations TK flies to. Unfortunately, this is the reality in dozens and dozens of countries in the world. They had bad luck, but all ended well in the end. "All ended well" is relative...when they got robbed and someone was apparently physical...

G4 uses a ramp at XNA, despite there being unoccupied/unbranded gates with bridges readily available. I've heard mixed messages if this is a normal occurrence for G4 though...so I apologize in advance if this their M.O. for their smaller stations.

That isn't necessarily true, CVG-XNA/MKE/BNA were running for many years unprofitably, and were just now cut. After the merger they still were able to command a heavy fare premium from CVG flyers, but as more competition has entered the market ticket prices have plummeted for DL, hence routes like ...

Is DL flying anywhere 1x with CR1/2? IMT for example is 3x. Thats 150 seats. Why not just cut frequency to 2x and use E70? LAX-TUL was there before I'm pretty sure. According to old threads on here they flew it for 2-3 years in the very early 2000s on an MD80. I believe compensateme is speaking of the new AVOD system to be rolled out in the CS100. I don't believe Delta has committed to it for ongoing 739 nor A321ceo deliveries.
