I noticed that the VX flight numbers changed back in the first week of September. Flight 1 changed to 1001, 340 changed to 1340, etc. Certainly sad to see the merger is already in full effect. Not looking forward to the elimination of the brand and product.

Yep. JetBlue 404 is Atlanta-Boston Not area code related but JetBlue also runs B6 500, from DAB to JFK in reference to the Daytona 500. They also run flight 1776 Boston-Philadelphia. Wow, that's expensive. jetBlue capped prices at $99, and I scored my flight out yesterday for $51 on Spirit after buying the ticket the day before. But there's no doubt they'll fill that plane up, especially when considering the massive traffic to get out of FL.

Thank you all for the great responses! I switched my seats back to the A/B/C side. Most videos on YouTube seem to show the strip seen on the right side of the airplane. I wonder why that is?

I'm looking forward to visiting Vegas, and visiting the Airplane Shop there!

Great TR! I joined you on the inaugural to SFO! I'm glad to see that First got a couple nice tweaks, especially the overhead monitor. I do still really like the safety video however.

It is very different than any of the recent new safety videos. I actually like it a lot, the way they communicate the required safety information, especially when explaining the location of the emergency exits and the illuminated path lighting.

Going back to the US and Florida, as you included MIA/FLL/PBI, you could say Orlando has a decent concentration of airports. You've got MCO/SFB/TPA/PIE all within about 90 minutes or so of each other. You could add JAX/DAB if you wanna be generous.

The Dynamic Air 762 and FedEx MD-10 both at FLL. The ARFF had one of the fastest response times I'd ever seen and really helped to contain the fires that engulfed large parts of both aircraft.

I know that my beloved Virgin America proudly touts themselves as having the healthiest food in the sky. From personal experience, they had probably the best airline food I've ever had. I haven't had the pleasure to try out DL's food options but I hope I can soon.
