You flew on an ex-Virgin America aircraft. There likely should’ve been some sort of buy onboard catering. You should consider yourself lucky to have done so because the Alaska 737s are not equipped with as many amenities.

Virgin America’s A321neos are gorgeous on the inside. Generous pitch in Main Cabin, and a feeling of exclusivity in First with the small amount of seats. AA’s A321Ts are also fantastic from what I hear.

I believe jetBlue is currently the largest, both in terms of gates and daily movements. Not sure about the other criteria you mentioned, but I definitely read something in December regarding jetBlue’s massive FLL presence and how its the largest airline there.

I can barely tell any difference, other than the revised livery looks a little bit cleaner. It doesn't look that bad at all. They could've gone completely Lufthansa on us and ruined it, so I'll chalk it up as a positive change.

The DFW add is very interesting. They’ll be competing head to head against American, Spirit, and Southwest (to DAL). What equipment will they be using? A321?

What a disappointing downgrade. Lufthansa’s current look was classic and iconic. The new livery is just boring and unimaginative. I hope that it’s a short lived paint job because it isn’t anything special.

I saw a rendering awhile ago of a livery for them. It looked very similar to their current livery but the titles were changed to billboard style. It actually looked fantastic on their A32S aircraft, too bad I can’t find it.
