You also have to redesign the vertical fins, to compensate for the increase in yaw in case of a single engine failure on takeoff. Since it's not carrying the shuttle this time, if you're cutting 2 engines, you may as well just drop back to a single tail fin. :P Not really a 225 anymore if they star...

Perhaps a Piper PA31? Small, was around in the right time period. Windows look similar.
