There goes UAs EWR-HAM seasonal. Wouldn't DUS or CGN be better for them? The Rhine/Ruhr is the industrial (read middle class) heartland of Germany. Far more competition for both. I think that these flights will be mainly aimed at americans going to Europe as 50% of their passangers who fly TATL atm are americans(and I bet that percentage will rise even more this summer). Not exactly true as majority of the time when you book with luggage/seats then the fare comes out to being even more then flying the likes of a legacy (A very good advantage that DY has against WW). Congrats DY! Never expected DEN. I was expecting them to announce Chicago first but I guess that going to have to wait. I am not that surprised. Washington state and Colorado have more urban, younger and "dynamic" demographics than Illinois. That overall fits well with DY's business model...

Not really. There's 5 EK 1 KE 1 AF 1 LH seasonal 1 Singapore 1 Ethiad (which has the best 380 paint job imo) How many more gates do you want for 10 flights per day?
