KOA has no jet bridges. UA has flown D10 and 747 equipment there.

Is there a plan to convert any more 757s to the 75P configuration? The 75P is just a variant of the 75H designed around the differing exit door layout that the ex-Shanghai frames have. If I had to bet, I'd say you would've been on a 727. 757 was also a possibility, but ATL-MIA (and intra-Florida in general) was 727 heaven back then. I'll bet on your bet, too. I lived in Dallas at that time and flew into MCO and TPA a lot. I don't recall seeing any narrowbodies other than 72S, 752...

Incorrect! They all have AVOD and the icon is shown! Do a search on DL.com. Go to the online flight schedules and do a search for ATL-CVG on 6/29, as just one example.
