I just don't see any European service in the near future. Those routes would take up a lot of flying time and I'm very skeptical about the yields on such routes. I'm not even sure a HNL-LAX-XXX routing would make any money.

AA tried DAL and decided their assets were better used at DFW so I do not think AA would add flights at DAL. I honestly think that if the gate cap went away, you would just see WN adding flights. I wonder how this will affect others who have already applied to DY for positions? Do they get "bumped?" Also, I do not think that conversion from Airbus to Boeing is that big of a deal: A pilot is a pilot. Lots of pilots at AA have transitioned between A and B.

Braniff International. Only flew on their 727-200s but the flights were always great. The leather seats made the whole cabin smell wonderful. They did the entire beverage and meal service without carts, everything hand delivered. Plus, great attitudes from all the flight attendants. Classy airline!

As a FA I would much rather work an A321 than a 737-900. My airline has the A321 but I have non reved on the the 737 900 and the crew didn't like the galley configuration.
