Does anyone have more info on the subject? It seems clear now that the UAE is going to step in for Kabul Airport management, while staff training seems to be done by qatari and uzbek people. I am wondering if these plans (a330 and B737-8) have anythings to do with these countries.

Does Ariana have the money for this? I find it amazing that they kept on flying A310s for a decade while the government was fund by the USA, the EU, etc... while today they can't even feed their people. Where do they still fly internationally?
