TCX have a nice economy product these days. They refurbished their A330s a few years ago and there is basically very little difference between them and a legacy except the IFE which is noted above.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them personally.

Re: AirAsia X won't buy "too expensive" Airbus A350: Tony Fernandes

What would the 787 offer that the A330neo would not? Nothing. Both would be configured at 9-abreast so there would be virtually no CASM advantage for the 787. The 787 offers significantly better CASM at equal comfort levels. The 787 offers better comfort at equal CASM level. The 9 abreast A330's ru...

Old news. The truth is, there is so much pressure on us passenger service agents to get it right, that it is sometimes either impossible to get it right or we hesitate. At some airlines that I’ve worked (such as QR) we get bulletins that we have to read and sign off that notifies us of any immigrat...

Why doesn't Boeing go ahead and put in the optimizations developed for the 787-9 into the 787-8? Boeing has done just that and is now going to use the same aft fuselage (Sections 47/48) on the 787-8 and they do on the 787-9 and 787-10. The 788 doesn't make a hood replacement for the 763, it's close...
