It almost seems like a waste that they acquired the 787. The seats look old and not comfortable and I wish they had done something to really highlight the plane........after it all it is a dreamliner!

Honestly I never had too big of a problem with United but for some reason I never really like Smisek and got a bad feeling about him. That's true that it's not the only airline outsourcing jobs but I think he make SOME valid points.
