Re: British Airways Domestic Business Class - Manchester to London w/pics

Nice report! Yes, the food service is fine for this flight. This is also the same food offering on British Airways flights to places as far as Prague, Vienna, Barcelona, Oslo and Madrid which are flights of 2 hours or more. On flights of two hours or more the food offering is slightly more, for exa...

I took the flight a few weeks back and it was a nightmare. I was nearly 2 hours late leaving as it was delayed coming in from BUE, then the cleaning and catering were late. How is it better than BA in economy when you have limited free AVOD, no complimentary drinks other than tank water and you disliked your meal? If you are purely focussed on cost/leisure like your post suggests, then maybe your title should read 'cheaper than BA' as it certainly doesn't look anything...

The Daily Mail, that fan of BA! The cabin crew are damned if they do damned if they don't here... I have to wonder if Condor is next as well, given that Thomas Cook may be bracing for a post-EU UK. More interesting will be what happens to IAG. IAG is technically a Spanish company based in Madrid, so I would expect very little to change. It's a shame that Brussels Airlines will disappear soon, t...

BA also use CSM Customer Service Manager for the younger mixed fleet operated routes (they are also crew managers on the ground) and GSCM for LGW operations (the G for Gatwick).

Good points - sentiment was there, good view of the aircraft cabin.
Bad points - unrealistic portrayal of crew member (putting socks on a passenger - please!) looked a mess with that hat too far back and on the wrong side / hair too long / acting from stewardess was absolutely dreadful.
