I missed that the numbers went from positive to negative, it is minus 130 instead of minus 34. Just a small difference of almost 1...

This one was never formally cancelled and it was just announced by the airline, not the manufacturer and it was spiced up by the publications.

It's also not something new, this kind of renewing existing deals has been done for ever, it just didn't get large headlines like this.

So Boeing still doesn't make a distinction between the 777X models, the 777XF is listed as 777X.

But the Qatar order is still net +34 if you count the ASC 606 Changes, so Boeing did indeed list them as not deliverable before the order was converted to the 777XF.

So Japan was only open for 3 weeks, they just opened up again on November 8th after being closed since early 2020.

I don't think a big bang announcement for the A350F was either expected or promoted. That was for another freighter to be launched at Dubai.
