Delta dropped EWR-AMS in March 2018, and will drop EWR-CDG in October 2018.

It was definitely a GARUDA operated flight, as GA had its Middle East stop-over for European services at AUH.

KLM only stopped at DXB (B747) or KHI (DC10) on its way to Indonesia.

In recent history KLM did operate to Surabaya for a short while, while KLM last operated to Medan pre-1948.

Since this past Monday, British Airways has only been operating 1 daily BOM-LHR flight on the B77E. The remaining flight is BA138, which is the night flight out of BOM.
