The Ryanair group operates the A320 via their subsidiary Lauda Europe. I see the Ryanair Group attempting to lease more Airbuses to backfill lost Ryanair MAX capacity at least for the summer season. In the future, if Ryanair decides to diversify their fleet it will be Airbuses.
Jump to postSupposedly a reworked Southwest summer schedule is supposed to come out in the next week. I've heard from a few different people it isn't likely to be cuts across the board as it has been in the past. It is going to be shifting flights around so some will get adds while others gets cuts. Makes me w...
Jump to postI think that’s the long term plan for DFW. They were offered Delta’s Terminal back around 2008 when they dehubbed DFW but turned it down since they didn’t want to have to close DAL in order to get the Terminal. Now that they can serve both Airports without losing gates at DAL, I think they will be ...

Jump to postThe PW2037 was never the most reliable engine in it's class, and that's putting it mildly. Didn’t have any room for the A330 as it takes up two gates during the construction at T5.

Jump to postLong haul low cost is the problem more than anything. Southwest is a perfect example of a successful low cost network carrier. For the record, all 32 gates are operational for Southwest Can all 32 gates be used simultaneously? I was under the impression that only 6 gates could be used simultaneously on the S1 concourse. Yes and no. All 32 can physically have an aircraft parked at them at the same time, the issue becomes wh...

They might want to see if they can figure out how to operate an airline in moderately inclement weather first. Correct, WN has no business thinking outside of the CONUS at the moment.
