Sorry...what?

The ADA states that covered entities "must modify their policies to permit miniature horses where reasonable". Good luck accommodating a miniature horse in the aisle of a 737!

Re: OAK temporarily closes Rwy 30 for rehab

I'm a student at a local flight school in OAK. We've been warned about the potential difficulties of doing touch and go's on the 28s during the closure. It will be interesting to see how much airline/biz jet traffic that usually uses 12/30 ends up using 28R.

Re: Diversions DCA/IAD 7-14 Severe Weather

It's always rough for the international diversions that end up down in RIC. They've got FIS, but they don't have the capability to process a heavy on short notice, so they pretty much just have to sit there and wait it out. It looks like UAL919 had to wait it out for about three hours. In that case...

FAKE NEWS! But seriously, as a DEN native and as someone who loves DEN as an airport, I would never say it has the best food in the US. At least in the west, I think SFO is best, or LAX TBIT, with PDX being second. DEN Concourse C has been revamped to have some good offerings, but B and A are still...
