Re: Business Risk for Boeing: The A321XLR

I think its funny when people bring up 757 operations outside Europe and North America. How many 757s were operated outside these regions? Going even further, how many of the TOTAL operators actually used the 757 to it's extent? Comparatively, how many operators period use the A321 on longer routes...

From Bloomberg, GE Capital Aviation Services to supply first nine airplanes to Moxy. Also from the article they revealed Neeleman plans to base Moxy near a tech center that is not Silicon Valley. Buy a house.

Then when you feel comfortable enough, buy a car. Maybe by then the support infrastructure for electric vehicles will be sufficient for true widespread use, on the level that gas powered cars is. If EV infrastructure isnt up to snuff by then, get a hybrid.

I admit to know absolutely nothing about I fly.

But going off what you said about the old runways, I'd go out on a limb and say that is the result if the way airfields were designed back in the old days of flying, a lot of old fields in the US are that way because they are old WW1/2 fields.

Forget bunks, labs, and cargo. Put lounges up there! Couches and seats on the sides and the pathway in the middle so you can stand/walk. It could be an EK style bar, 70s style lounge, or flying mobile airline lounge.

I think the delaying of the retirement of the 747 would rest on LH, CA or KE since they operate the 748 and those arte still pretty young even compared to QFs 744ERs.
