What's the reason for the mix of United and Continental style registrations in the same fleet? All aircraft have kept the same regs they had before the merger. It seems like UA has been moving the 77Ws all around the system. The 77W made 3 appearances in HNL 2 weeks ago. Could be for familiarization around the system but UA is utilizing them different than most expected which was exSFO and EWR. 77H It's likely that new deliveries are being used as spares ...

All 14 77Ws are now officially delivered. Three are still waiting at PAE for their turn for induction at SEA. Last one 44U still getting Polaris-ed. Next four come next year. Rumor continues to expect an additional four at some point. :scratchchin:

This is a loss for the sub CO NTA/NLS base who loses the NRT trip (6 day for NTA 3 day for NLS) but an increase in flying for the sub UA EWR base.
