I highly doubt it. AA's are gone in April, Delta's stay to/from ATL and G4's are in SFB. Unless AA does a special retirement flight. I'm sure they will but who knows if it'll involve LAX.

Yes. The master plan calls for the crosswind to be decommissioned in the future. Crazy that they're planning on just extending B and C when walk times from one end of one to the other are already quite long and the current concourses are very narrow for the amount of traffic / lack moving walkways....

I've flown the 717 before on HA and I did not notice that noise. I recently flew on an MD88 at DL a few weeks ago and I did notice a slight noise with the bleed air, but it was not overbearing by any means.

WN will quickly make ELP-SAN daily to further battle AS. Flyguy That flight should have stuck around as daily to begin with. It was a good route on WN. WN dropped ELP-SAN nonstop service almost 4 years ago when the Wright Amendment was repealed. Make that 5. But it was definitely doable at 1x daily...

Yes, different enough to technically make them a sub type. Sort of like how the 737 Classic had the CFM56-3 and the NG used the -7. Unfortunately they are not interchangeable.

Yes, that's exactly why. The fire is in between Lake Elsinore and Corona which is where the normal path to SNA would be for A/C flying in from the East. There's currently a TFR through that area.
