A330-900 Passenger experience

Hi everybody.
TAP have been flying LIS-GRU-LIS nearly daily with the the A330neo since December 15th. Just wonder if someone amongst us a.nutters has been on one of those flights. If so, is the cabin really super quiet? What about the flex cabin? Super passenger experience?

HiFly A380 after a successful Summer

Hi there. The HiFly A380 9H-MIP had - as far as I can tell - a good utilisation during the Summer. It flew many times between LGW and JFK (and back) and then CDG-RUN and back. The last time on the 17th September. On the 27th, it travelled to CHR and then to BYJ, where it has been sitting (possibly f...

It's supposed to be very good. The cabin is apparently as quiet as the 789, as they share the same engine (basically). Let us wait until it carries passengers around the globe and airlines make a statement as far as the performance is concerned.

Some error, I suppose. The aircraft is now flying RUN-CDG. Flightradar24 is actually showing a very low ground speed (156kt). It's either a mistake, or they are flying against very strong winds.

Interesting. As a private pilot I flew to VSE many years ago, the infrastructure is good enough for general aviation, there is a VOR, I had a good meal at the restaurant, but an alternative to OPO? Not unless significant and very costly investments make such a project viable, IMHO.

Purely from a passenger point of view, a switch from an A340 to a 777 is a retrograde step and I hope they don't do it. Agree. Fully. The A343 is so MUCH NICER to fly on than any 777. Period. Absolutely. Flew LHR-BOS recently in a BA777. Awful. Very noisy cabin. Back on VS A346 - What a difference!...
