Eastern Airlines ran flight 553 from Albany to Atlanta every day for as long as they served that route.

It ended with their bankruptcy.
The non-stop departed around 8 AM.

I'm ;not sure if quite relevant, but in late December we flew Qantas from Honolulu to Sydney. It is a 5,000 mile flight but Qantas (can't remember their code) gave us only 2,500 for the trip. Returning the same route on subsidary JetStar - the same 5,000 miles - we received NO MILES! I'm Gold on US....

Complex aircraft includes variable pitch propeller, also. Not just retractable. Might even be above 200 horse
power. Been a long time since my early flying days.

Unlikely the fuel. I think we've gotten past the fuel type mix ups.
PA 32 does not look like a jet powered plane, I'd say.

For a long time I have been unable to get the words I type to show up and be sent with the post card feature.
Recently my wife said she received the card but it said nothing.
Also, if it says default image it does not work but it has been that way a long time.

The 1011 International version probably could do California to Asia. It had the 3rd landing gear so you could always tell

Just a note to see how amazing this is - I believe there are 8,765 hours in a year (calculator not nearby).

Divide that into the 120,000 and that means this airliner flew time equal to January 1st thru December 31st for. what
was said above, 13 years plus!!! How many gallons of fuel?

I didn't see anyone mention the great advantage (to me) of the 767 and 330. They both have 2 seats
on the window so if you are traveling with spouse or not it just seems to me much better to cross over
one person instead of two.

AA191 had the engine break off. Not pilot error. You could say maintenance error but Continental did the same technique. They saved a lot of time doing it this way but it damaged the supports which they were unaware of. No way pilot error. He lost all electrical indications so did not know slats ret...

In New Zealand a Dragon Rapide disappeared near or in Cook Sound I believe. A flight with a honeymoon
couple and the pilot. No trace was ever found. I don't remember what year but 1950's? Not an airline flight
