If I remember correctly from their own Twitter, CM is actually a sponsor of São Paulo FC in the Brasileirão. Due to the leisure component, MBJ would probably be a BA LGW route, but given that Jamaica is already served thru KIN, BA is likely to use its LGW aircrfts on other destinations where there’s less competition.

BOS for SK makes more sense as a seasonal destination.
For Scandinavians, BOS is neither a year-around destination (like MIA) nor an Star Alliance hub for connections (like all the other SK USA destinations).
IMHO, SK should also check if CPH-IAD with reduced frequencies is the way to go wintertime.

AA could still expand more in Colombia opening BGA, CUC and ADZ in the coming years.

For some time Pan Am had hubs at both LHR and FRA, perhaps at ORY/CDG too.
Pan Am was flying wide-body between USA and those airports and operating feeder flights with B727 B737. OSL (FBU) was at one point flown from one of those.
