I did not know that, I assumed watching them sit for so many years on the ramp in Warsaw that no one want's to buy them. Who did they sell them to and why is no one repossessing them?

Fun fact, those E145 you flew in still sit at Warsaw Airport, unpainted and in storage ever since they stopped flying for LOT. The airline has been unsuccessful in getting rid of them.

That was your perception and not reality. The A350 doesn't have a lower cabin altitude pressure than the 787. The air will be just as 'moist' on the 787 as the 350. I'm simply not convinced it's necessary. LGW has a single runway and has way more passengers and aircraft movements. I believe that the new airport is a vanity project for the current government. I struggle to believe that LOT would relaunch the route without some form of backing from companies in the Aviation Valley. The route didn't work out before so going in with the same game plan would be outright dumb.

The second 738M for LOT, registration SP-LVB has entered service today on the CDG route. LOT has 4 more MAX aircraft on order with the first 789 arriving next spring.

Lufthansa flies to practically every city with an airport in Poland. As it turns out, Ryanair serves the most airports in Poland (13). Wizzair comes next with 8 and Lufthansa comes third with only 7 destinations in Poland. Nice, Wizzair has only one more destination than Lufthansa, 8 is quite a lot...

Not likely, both the MAX 8 and 789 will feature wifi capability as per lessor requirement but LOT has no plans so far to provide Wi-Fi on board.

LOT's first 737 MAX 8 has taken to the skies a couple days ago and is scheduled to enter service on the LHR route on the 4th of December. The final 787-8, SP-LRH was delivered and entered service in July. The first 737 8 MAX is expected in November of this year with the first 787-9 arriving by March next year.

Recently LOT took delivery of its 8th B788 SP-LRH, next year the first B789 will arrive. Warsaw Airport has to be expanded as the current non-shengen area is pretty overcrowded already, whilst the airport is growing at about 25% in the first 6months already.
