Nobody changes wing twist just to ease production. Wing twist is an important aerodynamic factor that is not played with. Airbus must want the same twist distribution on A350-900 and -1000 wings. That tail fin looks very small when on the -1000 IMHO. Physics. The longer the plane, the smaller the vertical stabiliser needs to be.
