Since the site "upgrade" I have noticed that all the newly uploaded photos have odd ID numbers, however before the upgrade the photo ID numbers were consecutive.

Out of curiosity, is there a reason for the photos to only be assigned odd numbers?

The 600D is aimed at amateurs whereas the 60D is marketed as prosumer (cross between pro and consumer). The controls on the 60D is easier for me and the grip is much better. For action the 60D has faster fps. Also don't get the 18-135, it distorts heavily and gets soft at the long end. i'd rather ge...

Firstly welcome to Airliners.net. Hopefully you can get you first pic on here soon. The Canon will serve you well. The 18-55mm lens will not be very useful unless you get very close to the aircraft. Any DSLR is good for taking photos. The 1100D is cheap a has heaps of features and has good IQ. It will serve you well. The only thing is the lens is way too short for the majority of locations for aviation. Look for a telephoto lens such as the 75-300mm, or even better the 70-300. <a href="http://w...

Taking only one lens might get you in some problems. Since you want an all purpose lens i would have to recommend the 18-200mm, although the quality will be lower.

All of your other choices are a bit limited/specialised to be used as an all purpose lens.
