Seems the ground test phase is nearly complete as the demonstrator has accomplished multiple high-speed ground test up to 141mph. Apparently last set of ground test will see nose wheel lift off.

I would have been surprised if the DOJ did not seek additional information and just let the proposed deal slide by.

Once DOJ reviews the new submittals, it basically has 3 options - let the deal proceed unchallenged, enter into some form of consent agreement, or file an injunction to block.
