Among all, the most surprising for me in those lists is JFK-DXB. Amazing to see them on no.9! Route entered the top 10 back in 2014. No, DOT excludes Canada in its overseas regional reporting, though Canada is the largest foreign air market 28,449,271 travelers in 2016.

Such incentive travel is a pretty much annual tradition for companies like State Farm and others with large sales organizations.

As far back at 1980s State Farm used to charter folks - ATA L1011, Tower Air 747, etc for their global events.

No city restrictions on the US end, only China end.

A few years back EVA Cargo was offered good terms to move some of its LAX freighter flights to ONT, but carrier ultimately decided to stick with LAX since virtually entire LA region freight forwarder community is near LAX and Ports of LA/LB.

Yes IAH will go down from 10 to 8 banks. Banks will be larger and not be as east-to-west focused, but more omni-directional.

With adjustment, potential connectivity combinations is supposed to rise from about 2,500 to 3,800 at IAH.
