I have doubt A321XLR can fly ANC to Europe without severe payload penalty due to the lack of ETOPS diversion airports on the most direct routings. Going West, Japan is probably ok but I would exclude Korea and beyond. So this leave US-ANC-Japan which I suppose can be tried.
