Re: Lynx Fleet and Network - 2024

Found myself with some free time on a visit to Canada recently and spotted a $27 one way YVR-YYC fare on Lynx, needing to get to Calgary I thought it was too good to pass up. Flight itself was fine, on time in and out, however it was far from full, roughly 50 pax total. Aircraft was C-GJSL which is...

Great way to continue to add to their European portfolio without needing another 787. My guess is EDI switches back to YYZ and possibly DUB next Summer on the MAX, freeing up availability for 787 to possibly places like FRA and/or ICN. The wildcard is the return of YHZ to Europe? EDI and DUB are do...

Does the new livery portend that Saudia is doing an overall refresh in order to fend off its new competitor, Riyadh Air? Riyadh Air will be more of a sister airline than a competitor SV needs to “fend off”, since they are both owned by the Government. They might be doing a refresh to better align S...

I stand with the pilots of WestJet and Swoop. Hold the line and fight for the contract that you deserve. I agree but I'm sure we'll have some here say "if you don't like what they pay, go somewhere else". That’s already happening. They have lost lots of pilots to AC, Lynx, Flair, etc. Sen...

I expect a 2-4am departure out of DXB, with an early morning arrival at YUL, so there should be no issue with gate access at YUL during that time.
