I work out 3-4 times a week and run ~ 6km. twice a week. I drink like it's the day after the end of prohibition and indulge in cheese, meats, fish, whatever. I don't follow any diet at all, works wonders, my ex told me that I have a body like a Greek God. Could be Adonis, could be Adephagia.

I have only done eight transatlantic flights (if Iceland to North America counts), and the emptiest I can recall was onboard Lufthansa Airbus A330-300 from Frankfurt to Dulles (IAD) in late January 2022. I believe the cabin was 1/4 full at best.
