I'm surprised they don't fly there on a regular basis, given the amount of demand there is on this route. http://www.anna.aero/2016/02/24/skyscanner-unserved-route-amsterdam-las-vegas/ PS there is a slight error in this article. 767 Tanker (KC-46) Flying now all over the West Coast

While people will probably complain to move this to the Military Forum, it is a 767 in my eyes and is visiting civilian airports right now. Aircraft N884BA, just shot an approach into LAS, but never touched down. If you go on FR24 right now, you can see where they started this morning at Boeing Fiel...

The CES show is always good for lots of extra flights and many more heavy jets. Air France started coming to LAS last year for the show, so it's good to see another SkyTeam member join in with 744s, especially when we lose the VAA 744s :(. Thanks for the heads up!

Especially considering the loads on the 744 ex-LGW are quite heavy. Doing LHR only would be a huge loss of Y seats that are usually quite full. Before the "low yield" crowd starts jumping in, fare LAS - LGW and compare the fares with LAX. You maybe surprised. A lot of local Vegas folks tak...
