I noticed in the link that the pilots had minor injuries. What kind of injuries might these be? I get it was a hard landing but I certainly didn’t expect the pilots to be injured, even if it was minor.

At this point, I’d do as Doc says above but rather than sending it to their corporate office, use it for when you call your bank to do a charge-back. You’ll get your money back to buy a washer far faster than fiddling with customer service.
