Might be just an unused spare they had laying about from the previous NTU order It's a freshly painted rudder and winglets. I don't have an update on the frame since it was last known to be for S7, but if this doesn't come out of the paint hangar at PDX in full Qatar Airways livery I'll be shocked.

All the 737s have left SKF now. They are all at MWH or BFI. Last one to leave was LN 8190 for Air China, yesterday.
