Further update, geolocations, where the downed aircraft had come from, where it was heading when hit Suchomimus has just added in the comments section that some of the soldiers in the "passenger list" had already been swapped on 3 January, so it does seem to be more Russian disinformation...

I don`t know exactly which charity supplies directly medical help to Ukraine. I have donated a few times to "Come back alive" which tries to prevent even this scenario. Another way for you could be to find out which German companies fly out Ukrainians to hospitals in Germany for emengency...
