Re: Brexit EU position Phase 2

We now know that we could have had a Blue Passport in the EU.

I assume you have evidence that a Green ATPL was not possible.

Incidentally, one big lie on the leave side that leaving the EU was an extra £350M a week for the NHS.

Wonder how big a factor that was.

Sevenair

All this fuss about your Green ATPL. I understand that we could have had Blue passports before, (and some EU members do).

I assume you have checked that the EU banned Green. ATPL’s.

Also I understand ending Freedom of Movement is another Red Line.

How do you do this without borders.

Surely if it was really dangerous the pilots will divert.

Afterall they do not have a death wish.

If the pilots are happy to proceed, then clearly it must be OK.

Firstly, the Spanish were first.

Secondly, one is in Europe and the other is in the US.

Given that there was always the possibility of the Spanish flying into the US perhaps they should have thought about this 20 years ago.

Nothing happened, but the lawyer gave her $130K and got her to sign an NDA.

Apparently, to be valid it had to be signed by Donald Trump, but no one realised.

If true, then he should get a new lawyers.

First point, the parents are NOT a fuss.

It is other passengers.

Secondly, it is probably better to put them on next flight.

Gives parents time to get her to sit quietly and behave.

Clearly the FA’s need the authority to obtain compliance, but that comes with accountability.

Cops have body cam, why not FA.

A cam with mic would solve a lot of this and would normally show that the FA was acting correctly.

If you book with UA, then UA is on the hook.

If they can not ensure that their contractor can meet their standards, then find one who can, use your own metal or stop taking customers money.

I would be surprised if he agrees that the encounter took place at all.
