One of my first flights as a child was on a BN 727: LIT-MEM-DCA. Will never forget the interiors of the aircraft, the flight attendant uniforms, the logo cutlery, and that livery.

I wonder how much of DL's BNA-SEA traffic is connecting to Asia. That may be a big factor in why it is flown year-round.

I also wonder how much of WN's BNA-SEA traffic is connecting through BNA, and where that traffic connects on WN when the route is not flown.

On the one hand, there has to be more to this story. It just seems like a waste of everyone's time to levy a $500 fine for an apple. That is hard core.

ATL is a machine. I know people like to look at the exceptions when it doesn't work, but those are just that--rare exceptions. And yes, there are several areas for improvement (Concourse D, for example), but it still works far more often than not. I don't see ATL being overtaken in passenger traffic...

While there may be a leisure market for the flight, there's really no business ties between the two. Most of the acts performing in Branson live in that area and have long ago cut their last album in Nashville.

I could see G4 adding CVG-BNA but I think if they did, WN might enter and try to drive them off. I don't see WN giving up market share in BNA if they can help it.
