Just looked at the B789 domestic---how thin would the seat pitch need to be to do a Y420 configuration? (Those are W18Y377, 25 below the exit limit.) Does premium revenue matter on the B789 or B773 domestic given that these routes are short, dense routes? Seatguru says 34"...which is INSANELY ...

NZ1 is a regular passenger service flown daily by AirNZ. It provides a direct flight between NZ and the UK with LAX as the regular stopover. Apparently AirNZ is quite popular on the route and carries a lot of customers solely between LHR and LAX, but not on to AKL where the flight terminates. Flew ...

Well I may have actually been on the plane :). Evidently a hydraulic line broke. Interesting to do no- or very little bank turns, plus a very shallow descent. To be honest my mind totally went to JAL 123 as it seemed we were slowly turning without any real bank angle, and for a good 3/4 of an hour ...

Considering how long it took them to equip them with BLENDED winglets (and, someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I still don't think their 757 fleet has been fully winglet modified yet), I highly doubt it.

Wonder if the prices will actually go down, or if the lowest fare now becomes BE. AA is offering BOS-CDG for $430 on regular economy. I doubt they drop this even lower as a BE fare. They won't and that's the scam...they've tried to market this as a price savings, when in fact it's nothing more than...

Flew WN's 3M8 in January and I had no issues with the aft lavs at all...a lot of times, the design is catered to the customer (I don't know if this applies here, but it's the usual thing).
