Currently the LH Miami to Frankfurt route is A346 due to the issue they had with FRA airport. September 2019 I am booking flights to Germany and they are currently showing A380s on the route. Anyone know if this will stick or what the plan is for this route in the future?

What year did Icelandair cease operations at FLL? Remember seeing the old paint scheme at Delta gate D9 a few times. Assuming they do start up at some point would one figure FLL over MIA due to the B6 flights?

Rogue 763 maintenance issue?

The last two nights a rouge 763 was canceled from YYZ-FLL. Last night the flight was replaced with an AC 789 flight 2000. Tonight it was cancelled again and replaced with flight 2062 an AC 777-300. Any info on this matter from the last few days? I’m assuming no spare rouge 767s sitting around? So ma...

There appears to be a 737 business jet in what looks like all white with the Air China logo by the executive area at FLL (near controltower). Anyone got any info on it? It’s been there for a day or two and had some action around it today when I drove by around 830AM.

Pretty sure some of the B6 flights from Cuba arrive at the new A Concourse. Saw one next to the Bahamas air gate (A7) yesterday and it happens often.

747 at FLL

Just watched a 747 on final to FLL, touched down at 552pm. Couldn’t see titles from where I was, white with looked like a blue bottom. Diversion? MIA the weather is beautiful just like it is here at FLL, any ideas?

So what are the chances of a an Air Berin shift from Miami to FLL. Could see Germany to FLL and Carib/Mexico connections. Maybe it's a pipe dream. But think it could have a slight chance?

Remember seeing somewhere June 30th on the A gates at FLL. Oddly numbered when I drove by there yesterday. I thought there were 5 gates the last one is labeled A7.

FLL had about a 2 hour ground stop yesterday from weather I believe which caused delays to many other flights.

What I never understood is why didn't they (FLL) ever look into extending the north runway. To the east of it are the FEC tracks and US1 which could of been tunneled under a runway like the south runway, prob 500/1000 feet from the current length of the runway. Obv the west side would be more diffic...

Hypothetical if this route performs well, could this lead to other international airlines finally taking a stab at FLL instead of being hesitant like they have in the past. Also will any of the new International terminal gates be able to accommodate or be made to accommodate an A380 if needed?

Envoy AA Eagle flight 9816?

The last few days AA has been operating flight 9816 between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. It departs 648am-700am arrival. Is this a maintenance flight to the EMB facility at FLL or is there some other reason?
It has operated 9/2, 9/6, 9/9, 9/13, 9/16.
