I would agree with the TheFlyingDisk, you need to contact the party that issued the tickets. That's always been my experience.

Experience with Volaris

Hello, I'm in the process of planning my wife's 50th birthday trip next year One of the flights is from Oaxaca City to Cancun. Looking at the search engines there is a direct flight with Volaris which would be preferable to connecting via Mexico City. I've been reading a lot of mixed reviews about V...

Question about Cancun Airport & Taxi's

Hello, It's been a while since I have flown through CUN. Does anyone know if there is a taxi stand or booth where I can get a taxi to my hotel, versus needing to use a private transfer company? I recall there being one but I cannot remember. The official airport website is not helpful and many "...

Re: Passport needed for inter-EU flights?

Thank you for the feedback.

I’m not in the EU and the question is hypothetical, on the assumption I lost it but needed to get somewhere else. Looks like in this situation one would need to get to a consulate and have travel documents reissued.

Sorry I should have been clearer with that.

Passport needed for inter-EU flights?

Hello, I've tried googling the question with no luck, hoping someone here might know. As a non-EU citizen, do I need a passport to take a flight within the Schengen area, say Athens to Paris for example, or is an alternate ID card (such as a driver's license) sufficient to board a flight? Thank you.

Hello, I've booked a flight this summer from Istanbul to Toronto, with a connection in Munich, through Expedia. The flight from IST to MUC is on Turkish and form MUC to YYZ on Air Canada. I suspect I will need to check-in to my AC flight in Munich but does anyone know if bags go through to final des...

AeroMexico and Checked Baggage

Hello, I've tried to figure this out on the AeroMexico website with no clear answer, and could not get through after a long wait to their call- centre so I thought I would ask here. We had a flight from YYZ-HUX booked on Westjet but that was cancelled and we were re-booked on to AeroMexico. We were ...

I have to agree with AC330, this "has been the most exhausting story of an airline in the making that the Canadian airline industry has ever seen". I also agree there is a pent up demand for leasure travel in Canada, I just got back from PVR myself, but the presence and market share of Sun...

The Bangladesh diaspora is approximately 70,000+ in Greater Toronto Area and as ZUHAIR77W mentions if they can establish an interline agreement with Air Canada or maybe Westjet this could work for them.

Just an opinion, We see the continuation of WestJet vacations as the higher-end product mainly using WestJet metal, and Swoop get rolled into Sunwing (keeping the SunWing brand) which is very good at the value-based travel.

Thank you ACCS300, now I have than damm jingle in my head.

Re: If you fly a certain route more than 5 times a year, would you be more likely to fly a low cost or a legacy airline?

For me is a combination of price, direct flight if possible and a departure/arrival times that make me select one flight over another. The frequency I fly the route would not make me pick one over the other.
