I've done Delta's SLC-ATL redeye more times than I care to think about. It's convenient, for sure, but the times I took it, it was scheduled to leave at 11:55 PM, which means it's still 3 AM body-clock-time upon getting to Atlanta around 5.

I was close, but missed out on the first and last 717s delivered to Midwest while flying on them between 2003 and 2009. Still, 23/25 isn't bad!

I'll have to look through my records again, but I think I've managed to get about 60 of Delta's MD-88s, with a couple of repeats.

CRJ-100/200, easily. The -700 and -900 are an improvement, but I spent 3 hours flying in one SLC-ORD a few weeks ago, which wasn't fun (I mean, the fact that it was American Eagle may also have had something to do with that).

You're right that there were quite a few UA 757s that saw all four- N563UA is one example of them (and probably more than a few 767s as well).
